The hotel provided an excellent taxi service for my family, who don't speak English. The driver picked them up timely and brought them to the very hotel to ensure their check-in. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location of the hotel. It was close to Sol and various other metro stations, making it easy to explore the city and visit any major attraction. The hotel itself was in the center of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere. the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the breakfast offered a variety of options.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and just a short walk from Puerta del Sol square. The subway stations were conveniently close, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was exceptional.
The wifi connection was unreliable and often disconnected, which was a bit frustrating.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and public transportation. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh food and the staff were very attentive. The room was clean, spacious and had a charming balcony with a nice view. The front desk personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. A great value for the price.
